Ø Expert employed by private party’s attorney to determine facts regarding safety and lead pollution from an adjacent Texas County’s training/shooting range.

Ø Expert employed by shooting range attorney in Spokane Washington to determine if bullets found by nearby residents were from shooting at their rifle ranges. (They weren’t.)

Ø Expert employed by a private attorney regarding an accidental wounding of a shooter in a California indoor shooting range.

Ø Expert employed by shooting range in Snohomish County Washington including preparation of an off-range hazard assessment (SDZ), for their existing shooting range.

Ø Expert employed by a private group in Iowa including the preparation of an off-range hazard assessment (SDZ), of a proposed multiple use rifle, pistol, and shotgun range.

Ø Expert employed by Kitsap County’s attorney as plaintiff in a Washington State case including the off-range hazard assessment (SDZ) for an existing shooting range.
