PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

Mr. Ruel, working from the Pacific Northwest is a graduate professional mechanical engineer having been licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii with forty years of experience in commercial and industrial facility operations, design, construction, safety, and management in the U.S., the U.K., Europe, South America, and South Africa. Based on over 40 year’s direct experience in development, design, construction, and operations, he is uniquely qualified to assist in accidents and product litigation.

Based on his extensive experience, Mr. Ruel provides expert services to the legal profession on commercial and industrial facility design and construction as well as industrial, commercial, and pubic accident investigation, reconstruction and causation analysis.

He has provided expert consultant and litigation support to the legal profession in over 60 civil and criminal cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.

He has prepared off-site Hazard Assessments for existing and proposed shooting ranges in Idaho, Oregon, Washington (3), Florida, North Carolina, Wisconsin (2), Colorado, and Massachusetts
