RECENT LITIGATION EXPERIENCE:

· Expert consultant to plaintiffs in a Virginia case involving severe injuries resulting from an explosion in an ammunition loading machine during manufacture of frangible ammunition.

· Expert consultant to the defendant in an Ohio civil case regarding plaintiff’s injury received when his hand was caught in the ingoing nip between the reel drum and a reel spool on a paper machine.

· Expert consultant for plaintiff’s heirs in a lawsuit regarding an accident and loss of life during machine operations in a Washington State sawmill.

· Expert consultant for plaintiff in a Hawaii lawsuit regarding plaintiff’s injury accident from machine operations in a food preparation facility.
